I've been interested in theatre since middle school but began working as a sound assistant for Clark University's musical theatre club in college. I worked as a sound assistant until COVID hit and my sound lead graduated. My first opportunity as a lead sound designer was for a rendition of Beowulf done by the theatre department of my school. From there, I took on as many shows as possible, loving the interaction and immersion of sound design. Nowadays I can be found around Boston working with Frost Productions and at the ICA for both lighting and sound.

I constantly strive to include diversity in the spaces around me, as I am an Asian American and I identify as non-binary and queer. I also have chromesthesia, where sound inputs invoke visual stimuli such as shape and color. I'm often carrying at least one stuffed animal on me at all times, as I think it helps boost my mood and sets a friendly and comforting tone at work.

As well as a sound designer, I've also done lighting design work, stage management, and technical directing!
